A distinctive skin-contact Garnacha Blanca brimming with cooked apple, almond, citrus peel, and subtle herbal tones. Fresh acidity and a savoury, saline finish balance the gentle grip, giving structure and depth without heaviness.
Production

Hand-harvested grapes are whole-bunch pressed, then macerated on skins for 72–100 hours to build texture and aromatic complexity. Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel and concrete over 4–5 months. The wine rests for 10 months before release, unfiltered and unadorned.

Vinyard

Sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards on clay-calcareous soils in Rioja Alavesa, at 500–570 m altitude. Regenerative practices and dry farming promote deep root systems and balanced yields, capturing the region’s natural freshness and minerality.

Pairing

Versatile with charred octopus, roasted root vegetables, or aged Manchego. A fine match for saffron risotto or grilled monkfish with romesco.
